Profile Driven: You establish a profile on yourself that includes
information about your career history, the type of new position that would be
of interest, salary requirements, and geographic parameters.
Employer Searches: When an employer enters a job opening into the
system that matches the information you have placed in your profile, they are
sent a coded version that will display only as little or as much information about
you as you have chosen for them to see. The company reviews this, decides that they
would like to discuss the opportunity with you directly, and CircuitMatch quickly
and automatically dispatches an e-mail to you that will describe the company, division/
location, salary, job opening at hand, and person there to contact.
You Decide: Up to this point there has been no disclosure to
the potential employer of who you are (unless you purposefully mentioned this in
your profile). You decide to play through and reply to them or simply pass which
would require no further action on your part.
Status Checks and Profile Edits: You have the ability to change or
edit anything in your profile for as long as your file remains in the system. If
something changes in your current job that you believe is important for prospective
employers to know about, you can make changes at any time. If you have a change
in salary or decide differently on geographical requirements, it’s an easy
process. Simply select the "Desired Job" button on the menu after logging in
and make your changes.
Inactivate Account: When you no longer desire to be listed in our
data base and have new opportunities delivered to your door, simply select the
"Inactivate Account" option on the menu and you will be immediately removed
from the system.
Remaining an "active candidate" requires you to respond to our availability status
checks. Once every three months you will receive an e-mail from us asking if you
wish to remain in the system. If you wish to remain in the system you must
let us know. If we do not hear back from you your profile will be automatically deleted.
Passive Candidate Option: The web-site is also open to those who
wish to simply look at current job openings without any further benefit the
system has to offer. Although not the recommended approach to take if you
are fully committed to making a change, jobs postings may be reviewed. No
profile is required but you must still be registered.
