CircuitMatch places the utmost importance on your concern for privacy and confidentiality. We have been engaged in countless confidential search assignments over the course of the 18 year history of our traditional staffing division (Circuit Search). We understand the importance of this concern, which is shared equally by all sides of the hiring equation and have made discretion a top priority of our electronic job board service.

CircuitMatch will not disclose personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers to any outside parties except if required by law. We do not engage in providing any outside firm access to our client information other than what you want to have publicly displayed to enhance your recruitment and staffing objectives.

We continually review our policies and procedures to ensure our valued client members can be assured of the confidentiality they are entitled to.

Privacy Options You Control:

1. You may Express Register and by selecting this option you may only apply for any jobs posted to our site or work with our traditional staffing division (Circuit Search) on specific jobs they have been contracted to fill. We do not encourage this option if you are interested in employers being aware of your unique skills and qualifications as they will be unable to view them.

2. You may list your resume or job profile and choose how much contact information you want to provide. Note that many employers are attracted to candidates who work for certain companies or competitors and with specific duties and skills. If you limit this data you also will limit your possibilities of obtaining the maximum exposure.

3. You may post your current resume and profile with contact information including your current or most recent company and job. This option will provide you with the maximum exposure to our client companies.
