About
Us
Circuit Search was established in 1983
to serve the staffing needs of companies involved in printed circuit board
fabrication and contract assembly. The principles of the firm have first-hand
knowledge of the difficulties involved in locating and attracting executive
level and technical talent with industry experience through their own careers
inside of it in positions of shop and support management. They envisioned that
a market existed for a recruiting firm that specialized in this definable niche
within the overall global electronics scene. The concept was well received and
over the many years of our existence the firm has played a significant role in
the hiring plans of virtually every notable and many developing companies
involved in electronic interconnection manufacturing. As our firm grew from one
office into several locations throughout the world, our recruitment services
have grown to cover many other areas of electronics including components,
semiconductor processing, hybrids, and thin/thick films. We are also well
established on the supply side of the industry in such areas as specialty
chemicals, materials, and capital equipment.
