| | Description: | Our client is global leader in the development and manufacture of advanced materials used the production of high technology electronics and aviation. They currently have a need for an Engineering Manager at their facility in S.CA.
Responsibilities include managing the Engineering Department and improving engineering and manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reduction, technical involvement, quality improvement and manufacturing efficiencies. You will also develop the engineering plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of engineering and manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards while meeting on-time delivery requirements.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on, success driven individual with a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent with five to seven years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. PCB fabrication or related industry experience is desired. This position requires excellent computer skills, communication skills, analytical and technical writing skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects a must.
Candidates must now reside in S.CA as no relocation assistance will be attached this offering.
